Apple TV 4K Sees First Discount at Amazon Ahead of November Launch
Amazon is offering the first discount on the new Apple TV 4K, available for preorder at $289.99 ahead of its November 13th release. The device features an A19 chip and enhanced Siri AI capabilities.

Amazon has introduced the first discount on Apple's upcoming Apple TV 4K, now available for preorder at $289.99, a $9 reduction from its retail price of $299. The device is set to be released on November 13th.
The new Apple TV 4K is powered by the A19 chip and includes support for Siri AI directly. While older models will receive Siri AI via a software update, the new hardware features far-field microphones for hands-free requests. Users can ask for content recommendations or information about what they are watching, provided they have a compatible iPhone or iPad connected to their account with Apple Intelligence support.
Further upgrades include the Siri Remote with support for Apple's Find My precision tracking, allowing users to locate the remote by making it ring or pinpointing its location via the Find My app. The device also expands surround sound capabilities, enabling pairing with up to four compatible HomePod speakers, an increase from the previous limit of two.
This new model launched at a price point nearly double that of the 2022 version at its release. Despite the absence of features like audio passthrough and 120fps output, Amazon's early preorder discount offers a slight price reduction for consumers anticipating the device.
