Apple's iPhone Duo EU Energy Label Shows 4883mAh Battery Capacity

18 October 2026

Apple has officially published the EU energy label for its upcoming smartphone, the iPhone Duo. The documentation reveals that the device's total battery capacity is 4883 milliampere-hours (mAh).

This capacity appears to confirm previous reports suggesting the iPhone Duo would feature two battery cells. The individual cell capacities are reportedly 2962 mAh and 1921 mAh, summing up to the device's total capacity. As the iPhone Duo exclusively supports eSIM and lacks a physical SIM card slot, this battery capacity figure is expected to be consistent across all global versions. This differs from some previous models where the space reserved for a physical SIM slot might have impacted battery size.

For comparison, the eSIM-only iPhone 18 Pro has a battery capacity of 4288 mAh, while the also eSIM-only iPhone 18 Pro Max features a 5567 mAh battery. The iPhone Duo's capacity falls between these two models.

The EU energy label is part of regulatory efforts to provide consumers with information regarding the energy efficiency and environmental impact of electronic devices.
