APTIM Names Chuck Prow as Chief Executive Officer
Consulting firm APTIM has appointed former V2X executive Chuck Prow as its new CEO and Chairman, effective November 9, 2026.
Environmental and infrastructure consulting firm APTIM announced Monday that Chuck Prow will assume the roles of CEO and Chairman on November 9, 2026. He succeeds Mark Fallon, who is stepping down to pursue other business interests.
Prow brings executive experience from the government technology and infrastructure sectors, most recently serving as CEO of V2X. His career includes leadership roles at major firms such as IBM and PwC, where he specialized in government sector strategy. Prow's appointment signals a continued focus on large-scale infrastructure and defense-related consulting services.
At APTIM, Prow will work alongside CFO Jon Grant to oversee operations. He stated that the firm aims to leverage its technical expertise to address shifts in defense modernization and energy security markets. The leadership transition comes as the company continues its work on federal infrastructure contracts.
