AquaPhoenix Scientific has launched its Flight service, designed to offer structured management for modems deployed in cellular-connected industrial and field settings. The platform aims to enhance device monitoring, enable remote diagnostics, and provide a three-tier service model to reduce on-site interventions and ensure reliable data connectivity.

The Flight service addresses challenges in managing distributed modem deployments, where visibility into device health and performance is often limited. Featuring a centralized management dashboard and multi-carrier SIM technology, Flight helps maintain transmission in remote or variable signal conditions. It combines continuous monitoring with active human oversight for prompt response to anomalies.

Key capabilities include real-time device status tracking, remote diagnostics for troubleshooting connectivity and configuration issues, and secure remote access for device management. The ability to push firmware and security updates remotely minimizes the need for field technician dispatches, potentially lowering maintenance costs and response times.

Flight is structured into three tiers: Pilot, for users preferring direct control; Copilot, offering enhanced support for monitoring and troubleshooting; and Autopilot, the most comprehensive option where AquaPhoenix Scientific actively manages the modem environment, including hardware, data plans, and expert support.
