ARBOR Launches COMX-C710 AI Module with AMD Ryzen AI for Robotics

ARBOR Technology Corp. has launched its next-generation COM-HPC module, the COMX-C710, utilizing AMD's new Ryzen™ AI Embedded X100 Series processors designed for edge AI applications. The module debuted at the AMD Advancing AI 2026 event in San Francisco on July 23, 2026.

The COMX-C710 module is designed to serve demanding applications in robotics, medical devices, and industrial automation. It reportedly achieves up to 126 TOPS of AI performance, including a 50 TOPS XDNA™ 2 Neural Processing Unit (NPU). The module is built on the COM-HPC Client Size C form factor.

Its heterogeneous architecture enables efficient edge AI processing by distributing workloads across the CPU, GPU, and NPU. This is particularly beneficial for robotics, where the CPU handles control, the GPU processes multi-camera vision, and the NPU accelerates AI inference such as object detection. Integrated LPDDR5x memory and support for extended temperature and wide voltage ranges ensure stable operation in harsh environments.

ARBOR states that the COMX-C710 simplifies the design of robotic systems and accelerates their deployment. It supports AI models like YOLO, enabling real-time perception and autonomous operation. The module embodies ARBOR's vision of "AI on Modules, Bandwidth on Demand" for advancing intelligent and autonomous systems.
