The courses target individuals working in statutory reporting, insurance operations, regulatory filings, examinations, audits, IT, executive leadership, and financial reporting.
The academy aims to enhance professional knowledge, foster individual growth, and support the financial success of insurance organizations. The curriculum is developed by seasoned professionals with extensive experience in insurance accounting, statutory reporting, data architecture, system transformation, regulatory compliance, and organizational health. Each course is two hours long and eligible for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits.
On July 15, 2026, ARC Academy will host a complimentary two-hour live course, 'Insurance Financial Reporting Overview.' This session is intended for new hires in insurance accounting, finance, or audit, professionals transitioning from non-insurance industries, and IT, data, or operations teams supporting financial reporting.
The course will detail the purpose of insurance financial reporting, contrast statutory accounting with GAAP, and explain the unique financial reporting methods of insurance companies. Participants will gain insight into how financial statements uphold solvency, regulatory requirements, and policyholder protection, emphasizing understanding the underlying intent of the figures.
