Arcadis Deepens Collaboration with Autodesk to Accelerate AI Solutions

Amsterdam, Netherlands – Arcadis, a global leader in sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions, has announced an expanded collaboration with Autodesk. The initiative aims to accelerate the use of artificial intelligence (AI), connected data, and digital workflows within the built and natural environment, while maintaining human expertise at the core of service delivery.

The partnership combines Arcadis' deep expertise in design, engineering, sustainability, and project management with Autodesk's Design and Make platform and AI capabilities, including Autodesk Assistant. This integration aims to bolster Arcadis' AI and Data strategy by embedding its proprietary knowledge and client insights into digital workflows where project decisions are made.

A key joint project, 'See Through Walls,' utilizes AI and sensor data for predictive modeling to assess conditions within existing buildings. This initiative is designed to promote material reuse and circular economy principles.

For clients, the collaboration intends to make AI-driven and digital delivery more practical, consistent, and valuable across complex projects. Arcadis' subject matter expertise is applied to real-world challenges, where AI outputs can be reconciled with project data and design requirements.
