Archer Limited issues 118,905 new shares following RSU vesting
Hamilton-based Archer Limited has increased its share capital by 118,905 shares to fulfill obligations under its long-term employee incentive program.

Archer Limited has issued 118,905 new common shares following the vesting of restricted stock units (RSUs) under the company's long-term incentive scheme. The move reflects the conversion of equity-based compensation into liquid assets for participating staff.
Of the newly created shares, 112,105 have been distributed to company employees. The remaining 6,800 shares are currently held in treasury, awaiting allocation to designated awardees. Among the recipients of the treasury shares is General Counsel Adam Todd, whose stake was detailed in mandatory regulatory filings.
This capital adjustment is part of standard administrative proceedings regarding the company's executive and employee remuneration policies. The issuance formalizes the transfer of ownership stakes previously committed under the incentive program.
