Ardelyx Faces Securities Class Action Over Alleged Misleading Statements
Law firm Schall, Brown & Schwartz has initiated a class action lawsuit against Ardelyx, Inc. regarding alleged violations of federal securities laws.

Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP has announced a securities class action lawsuit against Ardelyx, Inc., targeting statements made by the company between January 13, 2025, and August 6, 2026. The litigation alleges that the firm failed to accurately disclose market conditions impacting its commercial performance.
The complaint centers on reimbursement barriers for the company’s products, XPHOZAH and IBSRELA. It claims that Ardelyx did not fully inform investors about stringent prior authorization and step-edit requirements that hampered patient access and delayed prescription fulfillment during the class period.
Investors who incurred financial losses during this timeframe are invited to contact the legal firm to discuss the appointment of a lead plaintiff. The deadline for potential lead plaintiff applications is November 16, 2026. The case has not yet been certified as a class action.
