ARENIT acquires German firm Power Generation Seals

ARENIT Industrie SE has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in the German company Power Generation Seals (PGS) GmbH. PGS specializes in manufacturing customized seals for gas and steam turbines.

The company serves the global energy market, addressing needs for original equipment manufacturing as well as maintenance, repair, and retrofit requirements. PGS has developed and built its own proprietary production equipment.

Headquartered in Berlin, PGS has recently expanded its operations.
