ARENIT signs agreement to acquire German Digitaltest Group

ARENIT Industrie SE has entered into an agreement to acquire the German company Digitaltest Group. Digitaltest specializes in the development and manufacturing of automated test systems for electronic circuit boards. The company is based in Stutensee, Germany, and operates subsidiaries in the United States and Egypt.

This acquisition will allow ARENIT to expand its offerings in the electronics industry's testing sector. Digitaltest's product line includes proprietary software that customizes and runs tests on their testing machines.

ARENIT describes Digitaltest as a partner to the global electronics industry. Financial terms of the acquisition have not yet been disclosed, but the deal is expected to enhance ARENIT's market presence.
