ARG Names Sara Shockley Chief Financial Officer
Technology advisory firm ARG has appointed Sara Shockley as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The appointment supports the company's growth strategy.
McLean, Virginia – Technology advisory firm ARG announced the appointment of experienced finance executive Sara Shockley as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Shockley will lead ARG's finance and accounting organization as the company continues to invest in the leadership, systems, and infrastructure required to support its next stage of growth.
Shockley brings over two decades of finance and accounting leadership experience across public, private equity-backed, and founder-owned companies. Her background includes accounting and financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, capital strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining ARG, she served as CFO of Ubique Group and held senior finance roles at HD Supply, PGA TOUR Superstore, and American Tower Corporation.

In her role as CFO, Shockley will oversee ARG's finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, planning and analysis, treasury, and tax. She aims to enhance financial visibility and decision support as the company expands in both scale and complexity.
