Ari Lehtoranta Appointed Caverion President and CEO

Caverion Corporation's Board of Directors has appointed Ari Lehtoranta (born 1963), M.Sc. (Eng.), as the new President and CEO of Caverion Corporation. Lehtoranta will take up his new position on January 1, 2017.

Lehtoranta currently serves as President and CEO of Nokian Tyres plc. Previously, he held the position of Executive Vice President, Central and North Europe, at KONE Corporation. Lehtoranta has been a member of Caverion Corporation's Board of Directors since 2013 and served as its Chairman since 2015.

"Ari Lehtoranta has a strong background in business development, particularly in service and project businesses. He has a proven track record of driving continuous growth and improving profitability in an international environment. The Board is convinced that Lehtoranta is the best person to lead Caverion into the future," stated Michael Rosenlew, Vice-Chairman of Caverion Corporation's Board.

Lehtoranta expressed pride in taking the helm to lead the company into its next phase.
