ArisInfra Solutions Q1 Profit Surges 4X YoY to ₹20 Cr, Revenue Grows 37%
B2B e-commerce company ArisInfra Solutions reported a consolidated profit of ₹20 crore in its first fiscal quarter, nearly quadrupling from ₹5.1 crore a year prior. Revenue increased by 37%.

ArisInfra Solutions, a B2B e-commerce platform focused on the construction sector, announced a consolidated profit of ₹20 crore (approximately $2.4 million USD) for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027. This marks a nearly fourfold increase compared to the ₹5.1 crore profit reported in the same quarter last year.
Operating revenue rose by 37% year-over-year to ₹290.8 crore (approximately $35 million USD) from ₹212.1 crore in Q1 FY26. However, revenue saw a sequential decrease of about 15% from the previous quarter.
Founded in 2021, ArisInfra connects construction businesses with vendors for materials like cement and steel. The company also generates revenue through contract manufacturing and developer-as-a-service offerings. These newer business lines contributed 63% of the company's revenue, up from 49% in the prior-year period. ArisInfra stated it reduced its focus on lower-margin product categories to improve profitability.
The company reported serving 3,412 customers in the quarter, with an 82% repeat order rate. ArisInfra also highlighted its technological advancements, including its AI-driven credit assessment tool CARA AI and its conversational AI tool ArisGPT for operational intelligence.
ArisInfra's shares closed 0.58% lower at ₹129.75 on the BSE. The quarterly results reflect the company's integrated business model and disciplined execution.
