The Arizona Biltmore and Wrigley Mansion have entered a new era of hospitality with Wrigley Mansion now joining the Arizona Biltmore under the ownership of Henderson Park. This acquisition is part of a joint venture that also includes Western & Southern Financial Group, and funds managed by Hamilton Lane, South Street Partners, and Pyramid Global Hospitality.

Pyramid Global Hospitality will oversee operations at both properties, aiming to enhance their offerings and solidify the region as a premier destination for hospitality and dining. The integration brings Wrigley Mansion's acclaimed culinary program, including the Michelin-recognized Christopher's restaurant, directly into the Arizona Biltmore experience.

"It's a rare opportunity to bring two landmarks together that have been connected from the very beginning," said Michael Hoffmann, vice president and managing director of Arizona Biltmore. "We are excited to create a new chapter that honors what makes each property special while introducing new experiences for guests today."

Nick Weber, CEO and founder of Henderson Park, highlighted the combined potential of the two destinations. Arizona Biltmore and Wrigley Mansion, located near each other in Phoenix, share a historical connection dating back nearly a century, with William Wrigley Jr. instrumental in the establishment of both. Wrigley Mansion was originally commissioned by him as an anniversary gift.

Pyramid Global Hospitality expressed readiness to collaborate with the existing teams at both locations, focusing on operational excellence and preserving the unique character of each landmark while driving future success and partner value.
