Arkestro Co-Founder Edmund Zagorin Releases New Book on Predictive Enterprise
Arkestro Co-founder Edmund Zagorin has launched his new book, "The Predictive Enterprise." The work examines how predictive AI is reshaping supply chains and enterprise decision-making.
AMSTERDAM – Edmund Zagorin, co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Arkestro, has launched his new book, "The Predictive Enterprise: How Superhuman Supply Chains Transform Global Business," at DPW Amsterdam. Published by Wiley, the book explores how companies can move beyond AI experimentation and leverage predictive technology to address significant business challenges.
The book addresses persistent issues faced by global enterprises, including supply chain volatility, shifting trade conditions, and the need to demonstrate returns on AI investments. Zagorin argues that the next phase of corporate transformation will be defined by which organizations redesign their decision-making processes.
"AI is advancing much faster than the processes most large enterprises have built around it," Zagorin stated. "The opportunity isn't simply to automate existing processes. It's about predicting outcomes, understanding constraints, and reverse-engineering the best next steps. 'The Predictive Enterprise' outlines what this shift looks like in practice."
Drawing on interviews with Global 2000 executives and Zagorin's extensive experience in procurement, supply chain, and AI, the book details how predictive AI can help redesign decision-making around measurable outcomes. Former GE Chairman and CEO Jeff Immelt penned the foreword, highlighting AI's critical role in procurement and supply chain functions where speed, margins, and risk are paramount.
"The Predictive Enterprise" is available for pre-order and will be widely released on October 5, 2026. Zagorin will also present the book at Arkestro's Optimal conference in Houston in October.
