Arkin Group and Troost Settle Lawsuit
The Arkin Group and Niels Troost have settled a lawsuit and counterclaim concerning statements made by The Arkin Group.
ALEXANDRIA, Va. – The Arkin Group and Niels Troost have settled a lawsuit and counterclaim regarding statements The Arkin Group made about Mr. Troost at the London Offshore Alert Conference in December.
Terms of the settlement were not disclosed by the parties involved. The legal action stemmed from allegations made by The Arkin Group that Mr. Troost claimed were damaging to his reputation.
Victoria Kataoka was also a party to the legal proceedings. With this settlement, all parties have agreed to dismiss their respective claims against one another.
The agreement resolves the dispute that originated from accusations presented during an industry information event in the offshore sector.
