Armor Appoints Nicholas Lee as Chief Executive Officer

Dallas-based cyber defense firm Armor has appointed Nicholas Lee as its new CEO. Lee, who most recently served as CEO of Fujitsu Intelligence, succeeds Armor founder Chris Drake, who will transition to the role of Chief Innovation Officer.

Drake will maintain a position on the company's Board of Directors and focus on exploring emerging technological needs. The leadership change comes as Armor seeks to expand its footprint in managed security services and artificial intelligence integration for enterprise environments.

During his tenure at Fujitsu, Lee oversaw the development of global services portfolios and data-driven AI solutions. Armor stated that his expertise in scaling enterprise technology businesses is intended to support the company’s objective of protecting next-generation infrastructures.

Armor currently manages cyber defense and compliance operations for over 1,700 organizations across 40 countries. The leadership transition marks a shift toward securing emerging AI-driven workflows while continuing the company’s core focus on highly regulated industries.
