Arnold NextG's Autonomous Systems Redefine Industrial and Factory Logistics
Arnold NextG GmbH is introducing its NX NextMotion platform, enabling autonomous systems in industrial and factory logistics. The systems aim to enhance safety and efficiency in controlled environments.

Arnold NextG GmbH has launched its NX NextMotion technology platform, designed to transform industrial and factory logistics through autonomous systems. While fully autonomous vehicles are not yet commonplace on public roads, they have already proven effective in specialized environments such as mines, airports, and factory premises.
Within these controlled environments, autonomous systems offer significant advantages due to precisely definable operating conditions, leading to faster and safer implementation. Arnold NextG's systems focus on improving safety and efficiency. For instance, a substantial number of workplace accidents occur in off-road settings, many related to forklifts.
The NX NextMotion platform provides electronic control without mechanical vulnerabilities. It is designed for fail-operational capability using dual control logic and sensor fusion, and is cybersecure in accordance with ISO 21434 and UNECE R155. The system supports over-the-air (OTA) updates and is scalable for various applications, including container transport or autonomous yard vehicles.
Arnold NextG's solution enables fully autonomous material transport on defined routes, safe co-existence with people and machinery, and the reduction of traditional safety zones through intelligent, collision-avoiding vehicle behavior. The company emphasizes that their technology makes industrial processes more efficient, safer, and future-ready.
