Aroa Biosurgery has entered into an exclusive co-promotion agreement with Mölnlycke to distribute its regenerative tissue product, Endoform, across the U.S. market.
New Zealand-based Aroa Biosurgery has secured an exclusive commercial partnership with global wound care provider Mölnlycke. The agreement focuses on the co-promotion of Aroa’s Endoform regenerative tissue matrix to healthcare providers in the United States.
By leveraging Mölnlycke’s established commercial infrastructure and expertise in complex wound management, Aroa aims to significantly increase the market penetration of its proprietary technology. Brian Ward, CEO of Aroa Biosurgery, stated that the partnership facilitates broader access to their products by tapping into a mature sales channel.
The U.S. wound care sector remains a highly competitive market where clinical outcomes and supply chain reliability are paramount. This move positions Aroa to scale its operations while offloading significant commercial overhead to its partner.
