Arrowhead Uses Voice AI to Address Gaps in Enterprise Sales and Support
Indian technology firm Arrowhead is developing voice AI agents for enterprises to automate sales, customer support, and abandoned purchase recovery. The company raised $3 million in a seed funding round in January 2026.

Indian technology company Arrowhead has developed voice AI systems aimed at addressing inefficiencies in enterprise sales and customer support. The startup focuses on automating high-value client interactions, including loan sales, customer inquiries, and abandoned cart recovery, aiming to overcome the limitations of human-led call centers.
Founded in 2022 by Devyani Gupta and Vengadanathan Srinivasan, Arrowhead announced in January 2026 that it had secured $3 million in seed funding, led by Stellaris Venture Partners. The company claims to serve over 50 clients across the BFSI sector, including prominent names like Tata 1mg, Bank of Baroda Cards, and IndiaMART.
Arrowhead's strategic shift to voice AI was driven by the rapid advancements in generative AI technology. Initially focused on conversation intelligence, the founders recognized that human-driven call center operations were becoming less effective at enterprise scale. This led to a pivot towards developing autonomous voice agents that could handle complex interactions more efficiently.
The company has invested in building a proprietary AI stack, including small language models (SLMs) fine-tuned for enterprise conversations and custom text-to-speech (TTS) models. These systems are trained on extensive, nuanced voice data to ensure natural and empathetic interactions, with response latencies below 500 milliseconds, aiming for indistinguishability from human agents.
