German software company ARTEC IT Solutions is marking its 30th anniversary with a special promotion encouraging businesses to migrate to its EMA Cloud platform. The company has recently unveiled several updates to its EMA archiving system.
A new Outlook Add-In allows direct access to archived corporate data, including emails, from within the familiar Outlook environment. Additionally, ARTEC has released an updated version of its Cloud Connector for Microsoft 365, simplifying the connection of the EMA archive to the cloud service with enhanced security features.
The company has also focused on supporting its partner network by launching a new Partner Portal. This centralized platform provides resellers with tools to manage and track projects and sales opportunities. The portal's introduction has been noted in industry publications such as CRN and ChannelPartner.
Other recent developments include the introduction of EMA Print, which enables document archiving via a virtual printing process, and support for the XRechnung e-invoicing format. The company has also added two-factor authentication to enhance system security.
