ARTEC IT Solutions Marks 30 Years, Introduces New Features
ARTEC IT Solutions is celebrating its 30th anniversary by introducing new functionalities and partner-focused initiatives for its data management solutions.
ARTEC IT Solutions, a German software company, is marking its 30th year in operation. In recent months, the company has focused on enhancing its product offerings, including the launch of a new Outlook add-in for its EMA archiving system and an updated cloud connector for improved Microsoft 365 integration.
The Outlook add-in, released in July 2025, allows users to directly access archived corporate data within the Outlook interface. This feature provides deeper Microsoft 365 integration and enhanced functionality for the EMA archive. Security has also been a focus, with the introduction of two-factor authentication for administrator accounts in December 2024.
The company has also bolstered support for its partner network. In March 2025, ARTEC IT Solutions unveiled a new partner portal designed to centralize resources for resellers. The portal aims to help partners manage their projects and sales opportunities more efficiently.
Further updates have been rolled out for the EMA application and cloud connector. An October 2024 update to the cloud connector streamlined the connection of the EMA archive to Microsoft 365, emphasizing enhanced security and user-friendliness. Additionally, the EMA Print feature, launched in September 2024, enables document archiving via a virtual printing process.
