Asker Healthcare Group acquires Estonian mobility aid provider Teresa

Asker Healthcare Group has completed the acquisition of all shares in Teresa OÜ, an Estonian company specializing in mobility aids and assistive medical equipment. The move marks a strategic expansion of Asker’s operations within the Baltic healthcare market.

Teresa OÜ provides a range of products for patients living at home and supplies professional healthcare facilities. By integrating these assets, Asker intends to consolidate its product offering and improve support services for patients and clinical providers in Estonia.

According to Asker, the acquisition aligns with its long-term objective of increasing its presence in the home-care segment. The company noted that the purchase enhances its regional footprint and operational capacity.

Financial details regarding the transaction were not disclosed. Teresa will now operate as a subsidiary of the Asker Healthcare Group.
