Aspo Plc Proposes EUR 0.25 Dividend Per Share
Aspo Plc has formally invited its shareholders to attend the company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Friday, April 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM Finnish time. The meeting will take place at Clarion Hotel Mestari in Helsinki.
Central to the agenda is the proposed distribution of a dividend totaling EUR 0.25 per share for the financial year 2025. The board seeks approval for this dividend, with a proposed record date of April 21, 2026, and a payment date of April 28, 2026. The company reported distributable funds of EUR 50,425,376.24 as of December 31, 2025.
The AGM will also review and adopt the financial statements and the Board of Directors' report for 2025. Shareholders will vote on granting discharge of liability to the board members and the CEO for the past fiscal year. The meeting will also consider the remuneration report and the proposed remuneration for board members and committee members, which are suggested to remain unchanged.
Furthermore, the agenda includes a resolution on the number of board members, with a proposal to maintain the current number at seven.
