ASSA ABLOY names nomination committee for 2027 annual general meeting
ASSA ABLOY has appointed members to its nomination committee to prepare proposals for the company's 2027 annual general meeting.
ASSA ABLOY AB has confirmed the composition of its nomination committee ahead of the 2027 annual general meeting. Mikael Johnsson Albrektsson, representing Investment AB Latour, will serve as the chairman of the committee.
The committee also includes Mikael Ekdahl (Melker Schörling AB), Caroline Sjösten (Swedbank Robur Fonder), Yvonne Sörberg (Handelsbanken Fonder), and Carina Silberg (Alecta). Johan Hjertonsson, chairman of the board of ASSA ABLOY, has been co-opted to join the committee.
The committee is tasked with preparing proposals for the annual general meeting, including board appointments and remuneration. The appointments reflect the interests of the company's major shareholders.
