Lock and access control manufacturer ASSA ABLOY has completed its 400th acquisition with the purchase of Portugal-based Rollerdoor Group.
Since its formation in 1994 following the merger of ASSA and Abloy, the security firm has maintained a strategy of rapid growth through international acquisitions. The addition of the Portuguese firm Rollerdoor Group marks the 400th company to be integrated into the group.
