Assembly Health appoints Grant Davis as Chief Experience Officer
Chicago-based revenue cycle management firm Assembly Health has named Grant Davis as its new CXO to oversee operations and service delivery.

Assembly Health, a firm specializing in revenue cycle management for the healthcare sector, has appointed Grant Davis as its Chief Experience Officer. Davis is tasked with driving operational performance, client retention, and the expansion of the company’s global delivery capabilities.
Davis joins the company following his tenure in the Shore Capital Partners' CXO Fellows Program, where he focused on AI governance across a diverse portfolio. His professional background includes management consulting roles at Kearney and EY, as well as investment experience with firms such as Emerging and Inverness Graham, where he specialized in business transformation and technology implementation.
"Grant’s leadership will be instrumental in advancing our operational capabilities and accelerating the adoption of new technologies," said Peter Roehmholdt, president and COO of Assembly Health. The company currently supports more than 5,000 healthcare providers across 48 U.S. states. The appointment follows a broader organizational effort to integrate automation to improve scalability and service standards.
