Assystem consolidates PMO services to accelerate project delivery

Assystem has strengthened its Project Management Office (PMO) offering by integrating three of its former separate project management and project control entities: Schofield Lothian, ECP, and LogiKal Ltd.
The new, consolidated service offering is designed to support clients with seamless project delivery. It encompasses a full suite of PMO services, with a key specialization in project data management and visualization to enable faster and more accurate decision-making. The offering also includes Assystem's expertise in project controls and planning, digital PMO, commercial management, project and portfolio management, and environmental consents consulting.
