Astrata Europe B.V. rebrands as AddSecure
AddSecure has completed the integration of Astrata's European telematics division, rebranding it under the AddSecure name. The move is expected to strengthen the company's market position.
AddSecure, a European provider of secure IoT connectivity and end-to-end solutions, has officially rebranded Astrata Europe B.V. under the AddSecure name. This transition follows AddSecure's acquisition of Astrata's European telematics operations in June 2024.
The rebranding consolidates the combined companies' transport and logistics solutions under a single brand. The objective is to enhance the market offering, expand customer reach, and reinforce AddSecure's standing as a leading provider of fleet management, transport management, and video telematics solutions in Europe.
Customers across Europe will benefit from a broader product portfolio, combined expertise, and improved operational efficiency, while maintaining current service levels. The integration of resources is intended to deliver a more comprehensive suite of solutions.
