ASUR Reports July 2026 Passenger Traffic

Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste (ASUR), an airport operator, announced its passenger traffic figures for July 2026. The company reported that passenger traffic in Colombia increased by 5.8% compared to the same period last year.

However, operations in Mexico and Puerto Rico experienced declines. Passenger traffic in Mexico decreased by 4.0%, while Puerto Rico saw a 5.1% reduction. ASUR did not provide specific reasons for these decreases in its announcement.

ASUR manages a portfolio of airports primarily in southeastern Mexico, including Cancún International Airport, as well as airports in Colombia and Puerto Rico. The company regularly publishes its traffic statistics.
