Atelier Expressions acquires majority stake in Indian fine food business Khoya
TVS VENU's premium lifestyle platform Atelier Expressions is expanding its portfolio with the acquisition of a majority stake in Khoya, a luxury Indian confectionery business based in New Delhi.

PARIS, July 10, 2026 – Atelier Expressions, the premium lifestyle platform by TVS VENU, has entered into an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Lonestar Hospitality Private Limited (Khoya), a luxury Indian confectionery brand.
Khoya, headquartered in New Delhi, specializes in handcrafted Indian sweets and is recognized for its blend of traditional recipes and modern appeal. This acquisition is part of Atelier Expressions' strategy to build a portfolio of artisanal businesses with strong cultural heritage and growth potential, aiming to preserve their unique characteristics.
Sid Mathur, founder of Khoya, will continue to lead the company's operations with his current team. The acquisition integrates one of India's esteemed luxury food brands into Atelier Expressions' growing collection, which includes established names in ceramics, dining, and luxury goods.
Atelier Expressions focuses on nurturing businesses that maintain authenticity and unique identity. The platform's existing portfolio features over two-century-old French porcelain manufacturer Coquet, acclaimed Dubai restaurant Khadak, and London-based luxury helmet designer Hedon.
TVS VENU operates globally with a revenue of approximately $6.5 billion in FY26 and a workforce exceeding 64,000 employees across various international locations.
