Attindas Hygiene Partners acquires Italian manufacturer SILC
Attindas Hygiene Partners has acquired Italy-based Societá Italiana Lavorazione Cellulosa (SILC) S.p.A., manufacturer of hygiene and skin care products. The acquisition aims to accelerate Attindas' European growth strategy.
RALEIGH, N.C., USA – January 9, 2026 – Attindas Hygiene Partners announced its acquisition of Societá Italiana Lavorazione Cellulosa (SILC) S.p.A., a 53-year-old, family-owned Italian manufacturer of hygiene and skin care products. The purchase agreement was executed with S.I.L.C. for all outstanding shares.
SILC operates a manufacturing facility southeast of Milan, producing absorbent hygiene and skin care products for European customers. The company's portfolio and customer base complement Attindas' existing presence in Northern and Southern Europe, potentially enhancing efficiency in serving both domestic and export markets.
