Audi Nuvolari Supercar Debuts at Goodwood Festival of Speed
Audi presented a near-production prototype of its new Nuvolari supercar at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. The vehicle is described as the brand's fastest and most powerful production vehicle in history.

Audi showcased a near-production prototype of its Nuvolari supercar at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in West Sussex, England, held from July 10-12. Racing legend Tom Kristensen drove the vehicle up the event's 1.86-kilometer hillclimb.
The Nuvolari features Audi's new design philosophy and is positioned as the brand's quickest and most potent production model to date. Deliveries are slated to commence in the first half of 2027, with a limited production run of 499 units. The supercar recently made its UK debut in London.
Adding historical context, Audi also demonstrated the Auto Union Lucca, a "Rennlimousine" or racing sedan, in motion for the first time publicly. The Lucca is part of the historic "Silver Arrows" lineage and set a flying-start mile record in 1935 with a calculated average speed of 320.267 km/h.
The company also offered test drives of the new Audi RS 5, a high-performance plug-in hybrid, alongside historic models like the RS2 and RS 4 Avant. Audi has been a partner of the Goodwood Festival of Speed since 2025.
