Ault & Company Invests $55 Million in Hyperscale Data

LAS VEGAS, Sept. 25, 2026 – Ault & Company announced it has invested $55 million directly into Hyperscale Data, Inc. through the purchase of convertible preferred stock. This investment brings Ault & Company's beneficial ownership in Hyperscale Data to approximately 62%.

Ault & Company stated that a significant disconnect exists between Hyperscale Data's current market capitalization and the value of its underlying assets. The company highlighted Hyperscale Data's Michigan AI data center, into which over $70 million has reportedly been invested. Hyperscale Data management estimates this campus could support a valuation between $750 million and $1.25 billion.

The Michigan facility has an executed master services agreement for an initial 20 megawatts of AI compute capacity, with potential to expand. The initial 20 MW deployment could exceed $1.2 billion in revenue over its maximum 20-year term, with potential total contract revenue exceeding $3.0 billion if expanded to 52 MW.

As Hyperscale Data's largest stockholder, Ault & Company stated it is focused on supporting the development and valuation of its assets. This includes not only the Michigan data center but also Hyperscale Data's diverse operating businesses and strategic assets across various sectors.
