Aurania Resources Changes Stock Ticker to ARU
Aurania Resources Ltd. changed its TSX Venture Exchange trading symbol from "AOZ" to "ARU", effective February 22, 2016. The symbol change was approved by the exchange.
Aurania Resources Ltd. has changed its common share trading symbol on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) from "AOZ" to "ARU".
The new ticker symbol became effective at market opening on February 22, 2016, following approval from the exchange. The company cited "ARU" as the new symbol.
In separate announcements, Aurania Resources stated it would hold its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders in June 2026. The company also announced the closing of the first tranche of a private placement and plans for a non-brokered private placement of up to C$1.5 million.
