AusperBio Raises $120 Million Series C to Advance HBV Therapies
Biopharmaceutical company AusperBio has completed a $120 million Series C financing round. The funds will support the advancement of its HBV therapy toward potential commercialization and the development of next-generation treatments.

Biopharmaceutical company AusperBio has secured $120 million in a Series C financing round.
The company plans to use the capital to advance its lead therapy, AHB-137, toward potential commercialization. The funding will support its ongoing Phase 3 registrational program and commercialization readiness.
AusperBio will also accelerate the development of AHB-171 and its next-generation combination approaches. These efforts are aimed at achieving a functional cure for chronic hepatitis B (HBV).
The financing round was led by Adjuvant Capital, with participation from ARCH Venture Partners, Fidelity Management & Research Company, RA Capital Management, Sabby Capital, and Vida Ventures. Several existing investors also participated.
AusperBio is focused on developing new therapies for chronic HBV, a significant global health challenge. The company aims to provide solutions that could lead to a functional cure for the disease.
