Austin Trail of Lights Announces Tickets for 62nd Annual Holiday Celebration

The 62nd Annual Austin Trail of Lights, powered by H-E-B, has announced that tickets are now available for its upcoming holiday celebration. The event is scheduled to run from December 10–23 in Zilker Park, featuring over two million lights, 96 illuminated trees, and more than 70 festive displays and lighted tunnels. This marks the continuation of a tradition that began in 1965.
Originally a small gathering, the Trail of Lights has evolved into a significant Austin tradition, combining light installations, entertainment, seasonal treats, and activities designed to bring together families, friends, and visitors.
General admission will be free on seven nights: December 10–11 and December 13–17, starting at 7 p.m. For the remaining nights, from December 12 and December 18–23, admission will be $8 per person, with children under 12 admitted free throughout the event.
Premium access options, including ZIP passes starting at $20 and Platinum passes starting at $95, are available for purchase. These offer benefits such as early entry, lounge access, and valet parking. Proceeds from premium experiences and special events, such as the Preview Party on December 4 and the Fun Run on December 5, support the event's operations and programs, including specific experiences for nonprofits.
