The Australian Open tennis tournament has entered into a multi-year partnership with Olmeca Altos Tequila, commencing with the 2026 event. This collaboration designates Altos as the tournament's first Official Tequila.

As part of the agreement, Altos will launch the "Casa Altos" experience on the Grand Slam Oval. This activation will feature a range of tequila cocktails, including a signature drink developed exclusively for the Australian Open. Dre Masso, a co-creator of Altos Tequila and a recognized industry figure, is scheduled to attend.

Altos Tequila represents a rapidly growing spirit category in Australia and is expected to complement the tournament's summer atmosphere. The partnership aims to enhance Altos Tequila's presence in the Australian market and elevate the fan experience. Both Pernod Ricard ANZ and Tennis Australia have expressed positive anticipation for the collaboration.

Throughout the tournament, Altos Tequila products, including premixed Margarita and Watermelon cans, will be available at all bars. Additionally, Código1530 Tequila, another Pernod Ricard brand, will serve as an Official Partner and be exclusively offered at AO Reserve bars. The partnership extends to other tennis events in Australia, including the United Cup and the Brisbane, Adelaide, and Hobart International tournaments.
