Autodesk and JTC to explore AI applications for Singapore built environment
Autodesk and Singapore’s JTC Corporation have signed a memorandum of understanding to pilot AI-driven digital transformation across the city-state's construction sector.

Autodesk and JTC Corporation, the Singaporean agency responsible for industrial infrastructure, announced a memorandum of understanding on November 2, 2026. The partnership aims to investigate how artificial intelligence can bridge the gap between design and construction phases and long-term facility operations.
The project will target data connectivity, AI-enabled delivery models, carbon footprint analysis, and software interoperability. By integrating these processes, the collaboration seeks to eliminate data silos that frequently hinder productivity and risk assessment in large-scale infrastructure projects.
This initiative aligns with Singapore's national building standards, including the Green Mark sustainability framework and the Corenet X platform for digital regulatory submissions. The effort marks an attempt to modernize the local construction workflow by embedding data-driven standards into the lifecycle of urban infrastructure.
