Autoklinik Bilskador Acquires JC Billackering
Cary Group's subsidiary Autoklinik Bilskador has acquired JC Billackering AB, a Swedish body repair shop. The acquisition aims to strengthen Autoklinik's presence and capacity in the vehicle damage repair sector.
Autoklinik Bilskador, the body shop concept of Ryds Bilglas and part of Cary Group, has acquired the body repair business JC Billackering AB. This strategic move enhances Autoklinik's network and service capabilities within the automotive repair industry.
Established in 1979, JC Billackering brings extensive experience in body repairs and paintwork, holding a strong position in its local market. Following the acquisition, JC Billackering will be integrated into Autoklinik Bilskador and rebranded under the Autoklinik visual identity.
The integration is expected to bolster the combined expertise and capacity of Autoklinik Bilskador, creating a stronger foundation for delivering high-quality and sustainable repair solutions to customers. Fredrik Karlsson, Managing Director of Ryds Bilglas, stated that the acquisition is a further step in Autoklinik's ongoing development.
Cary Group specializes in sustainable solutions for vehicle glass repair and replacement, complemented by vehicle damage repair services. The company aims to facilitate simplified and sustainable choices for vehicle care.
