Automaker Emphasizes Safety Philosophy in Vehicle Design
Voyah Auto's CEO Lu Fang stated that true vehicle safety is based on design principles and foundations, not solely on material choices.

Chinese automaker Voyah (岚图汽车) has once again highlighted the topic of vehicle safety. The company's CEO, Lu Fang, commented that the actual safety of a vehicle does not depend solely on the materials used, such as steel or plastic.
Instead, Lu Fang emphasized that what truly matters are the safety principles, minimum standards, and foundational rules embedded in the vehicle's design. He stressed the importance of the company establishing a scientific and comprehensive development and quality system, with safety at its core, continuously accumulating experience.
Voyah has previously underscored the significance of safety. In a statement last year, Lu Fang outlined the company's internal principle: safety is not an option but the sole standard that permeates the entire product definition, development, and manufacturing process. Any stage unable to guarantee safety leads to an immediate veto.
The company aims to build a robust safety culture around its products, extending to all aspects from the production process to the final vehicle.
