AutoStore to acquire warehouse automation firm Logiqs for 30 million euro
AutoStore Holdings has entered into an agreement to purchase Logiqs BV, a specialist in pallet-based automated storage systems, for up to 30 million euros.
AutoStore Holdings Ltd. announced on November 5, 2026, that it has reached an agreement to acquire Logiqs BV, a developer of roaming pallet automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS). The deal is valued at up to 30 million euros.
The acquisition aims to integrate Logiqs’ pallet-handling technology into the existing AutoStore platform. This move allows the company to move beyond its traditional focus on small-item storage and address broader warehouse automation requirements, including heavy pallet inventory.
CEO Mats Hovland stated that the integration of Logiqs is a tactical step toward expanding the company's autonomous fulfillment capabilities. By adding roaming pallet systems to their existing ecosystem, AutoStore aims to provide a more comprehensive solution for both current and future clients.
The deal marks a continued trend of consolidation within the warehouse automation industry as firms look to diversify their service offerings to meet increasing demand for end-to-end logistics technology.
