This acquisition adds two new locations to Aviva Aesthetics' network, which focuses on physician-led medical aesthetic services. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Perfect Skin Center has been in operation for 26 years.
The Chicago-based Aviva Aesthetics operates a model focused on entrepreneur-owned platforms in the medical aesthetics sector. The company states it is the only one of its kind in the nation.
With the addition of the Tempe and Scottsdale clinics, Aviva Aesthetics continues its expansion strategy, aiming to integrate established practices into its growing portfolio of aesthetic service providers. The company did not provide immediate details on future expansion plans.
