Aviva Aesthetics Expands to Ohio Via Vitality Health Partnership

Aviva Aesthetics, an entrepreneur-owned platform for medical aesthetics, has expanded its operations into Ohio through a partnership with Vitality Health. Vitality Health, based in Avon, Ohio, is a medical aesthetics and wellness practice founded by Alana Mercer, PA-C. This deal represents Aviva's eighth partnership of 2026, further extending its network in the Midwest.

Vitality Health, established in 2014, offers advanced cosmetic treatments and a holistic approach to health and longevity. The practice will continue to operate under its existing name, team, and leadership. Aviva's Entrepreneur Equity™ partnership model allows founders to retain 100% ownership while gaining access to the scale, purchasing power, and back-office support of a national platform.
