AWS Certification Expands Testing Network with Pearson VUE
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is increasing the global accessibility of its certification exams through a new partnership with Pearson VUE. The collaboration will offer exams at over 5,000 testing centers worldwide.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) has significantly expanded its global network for certification exams by partnering with Pearson VUE. The new agreement ensures AWS certification exams will be available through Pearson VUE's extensive network, comprising over 5,000 testing centers in 180 countries.
The initiative aims to enhance the accessibility and flexibility of the certification process for both individual professionals and members of the AWS Partner Network (APN). This expanded network is designed to meet the growing demand for verified expertise in AWS technologies.
AWS Certification is expected to strengthen professionals' skills and confidence, while also boosting the credibility of businesses working with AWS. Research by MTM indicates that APN Partners investing in AWS Training and Certification have reported substantial increases in new customer acquisition, customer retention, and customer migrations to AWS.
Furthermore, customers are increasingly seeking certified partners. A study by MTM shows that 60 percent of APN Partners state that their customers inquire about their AWS certifications. The broader testing network will make it easier for partner organizations to achieve APN Certification Distinctions, which are awarded based on the number of AWS certifications earned by their teams.
