Axfood Nominating Committee Composition Changes
Axfood's Nominating Committee has seen changes in its composition ahead of the 2027 Annual General Meeting due to shifts in shareholdings. Swedbank Robur Funds' representative has stepped down, replaced by a nominee from Nordea Funds.
The composition of Axfood's Nominating Committee has been adjusted ahead of the company's 2027 Annual General Meeting, following changes in the company's ownership structure during September.
These ownership shifts have prompted the departure of Caroline Sjösten, the representative from Swedbank Robur Funds, from the committee. In accordance with the committee's guidelines, Nordea Funds has appointed a new representative to fill the vacancy.
The committee will now be chaired by Marie Ehrling of Axel Johnson AB. Details regarding other members and their affiliations have not yet been fully disclosed.
The Nominating Committee's primary role is to prepare proposals for the election of the board of directors and its chairman at the Annual General Meeting.
