Axians Combines eANV Weblink with Remote Signature
Axians eWaste has integrated its eANVweblink service with a remote signature function. The solution enables digital signing of waste transfer documents, reducing the need for physical contact.

Axians eWaste has launched a new feature combining its eANVweblink service with a remote signature capability. This integration aims to streamline and secure the waste management process by eliminating the need for direct physical contact during waste transfer.
The electronic waste tracking system (eANV) mandates the documentation of waste origins, transport, and disposal. This process is particularly stringent for hazardous waste. While traditionally requiring paper-based documents with handwritten signatures, digital solutions are now prevalent. Axians' offering addresses this need.
The combination allows drivers to digitally sign waste transfer documents, such as accompanying notes (BGS) or acceptance receipts (UNS), remotely, for example, via their mobile phone from the vehicle's cabin. This reduces the risk of infection transmission and simplifies the procedure for all parties involved.
The solution is system-independent and compatible with all common browsers and devices. Documents can be shared via email links and signed directly on the recipient's device. Axians emphasizes that this creates a secure, contactless workflow, particularly beneficial during pandemics or when minimizing physical interaction is crucial.
