The Axanto Suite includes Axanto Portal, Axanto Patch Manager, and Axanto Notify. Axanto Portal serves as a central self-service interface for IT departments, managing tasks from account provisioning to hardware ordering. It is designed to automate processes, save time, and provide a clear dashboard for IT tasks and tickets, with native mobile apps available for iOS and Android.
Axanto Patch Manager, built on System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), aims to minimize security risks associated with outdated software. It simplifies the regular patching of Windows systems by organizing the process, clarifying responsibilities, and optimizing update schedules to reduce downtime.
Axanto Notify is a notification system for distributing critical IT alerts and information. It is hardware and system-agnostic and can deliver messages to users on various devices, including mobile phones via push notifications, intending to reduce support inquiries.
