Axians Launches SAP Add-ons for Critical Infrastructure

Axians, the ICT brand of VINCI Energies, has introduced a portfolio of 24 specialized SAP add-on solutions. These are designed to empower companies and authorities managing critical infrastructure to achieve greater digital sovereignty within Germany and Europe.

The add-ons cover a wide range of functions, including automated sanction list checks, radioactive waste management, and mobile work order management for critical sectors such as energy and defense. They aim to support the secure and compliant digitalization of essential business processes.

"Digital sovereignty is about enabling customers to consciously control critical processes, fully securely, and in accordance with the law," stated Jens Beier, Managing Director CEE ICT at Axians. He emphasized that Axians' blend of technical excellence and understanding of regulatory requirements positions them as a partner for organizations where sovereignty, security, and compliance are non-negotiable.

The company has undertaken significant projects, including a SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud implementation for an energy producer in Slovakia and has supported defense industry clients with SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Success Factors deployments. Notably, its Sanction List Control solution has been adopted by over 20 companies since 2024 to automate checks against sanctions lists.
